Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The proposed Research Protocol has never been submitted to any other KEPK.
  • One Ethical Clearance Certificate is valid for 1.study protocol.
  • All required document files in .pdf format a maximum of 5MB.
    Except File 1. Research Protocol (.doc/.docx)
  • Rules for naming files on all required documents to be uploaded:
    Give the file name with the full name of the applicant, by typing the name of the proposer in front of the file name of the existing requirements document.

    Note: Do not use all CAPITAL LETTERS in Document File Names

    Example of the file name of the required document to be downloaded: 2. Ethical Commitment:
    - Name of the document file to be uploaded: Abdullah Anam_2. Ethical Commitment.pdf
